1. Customization Policy
Since all of our products are customized (whether with our designs or your personal images), we do not accept returns or exchanges based on preferences once the order is processed. Please double-check your design and order before finalizing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily offer a replacement or a refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, design, or color), we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- A photo of the incorrect item
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect items or items that are damaged during shipping. For size exchanges, please refer to our Size Guide to ensure you choose the correct size before placing your order.
5. How to Return or Exchange

6. Return Shipping Costs
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For exchanges or returns outside of these circumstances, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
7. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
